In the back office, when opening a booking, by checking each serivce you will see the cancelation policies:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In this example, the hotel service will have a cancelation fee of 90% of the service cost startin on the 4th of September.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The first date range is alway counting from the date of booking, so in the abouve example this booking was made on the 4th of September<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In this other example, the booking was made on the 19th October for a refundable fare up to 3rd of December. From the 4th December cancelling this service will have a chage of 54.66%<\/p>\n\n\n\n
