Do I have to create a Holiday Package with it?"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>When you create a Closed Tour you always have to convert it to a Holiday Package because a closed tour is always part of a package and is not intended to be sold separatelly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you want to sell only the closed tour, you can just create a holiday package with that closed tour, without adding any other service.
