Normally due to a misconnection with their third party provider. This error will normally show in the booking confirm step just before paying foe the booking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Price change from xxx to xxx<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>When placing the booking we received the confirmation with a price change. In these cases the booking in Aerticket&#8217;s panel will be updated with this new price.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>TOURCONEX_SEGMENT_SELL_FAILED &#8211; Segment sell failed<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>In general &#8220;Segment sell failed&#8221; means that there was no availability anymore for the requested flight and booking class. The changes of receiving this error increases when the user takes long time to complete the booking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>CONFIRM &#8211; ERROR TOURCONEX_UNKNOWN_ERROR &#8211; Unknown error<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Error in the connection of Aerticket with the supplier. Please report to them and try again later<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Problem with reading the data, class com.tr2.binding.aerticket.AvailableFareResponse, ContentType: text\/xml;charset=utf-8<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>This is a generic error, Could be related to an erro in searching the airports.
