Go to Back Office > CMS > CMS Settings and select the relevant microsite. In Help & support there are two independent controls.<\/p>\n

Check Hide feedback\/support button from the microsite\u2019s header to hide the feedback and support button. Check Hide help button from the microsite\u2019s header to hide the help button. Save the changes.<\/p>\n

These options describe what will be hidden: checked means hidden; unchecked allows the corresponding button to be displayed. Do not uncheck a Hide option when your intention is to hide that button.<\/p>\n

Example: to keep access to help videos while removing the feedback and support button, check only Hide feedback\/support button from the microsite\u2019s header.<\/p>\n

Open the Front Office after saving to check the result. The video modal and multidestination guide options configure help behaviour separately.<\/p>\n
