{"id":1983,"date":"2025-09-17T14:21:07","date_gmt":"2025-09-17T14:21:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/faqs.travelcompositor.com\/?post_type=manual_documentation&#038;p=1983"},"modified":"2025-09-18T10:31:14","modified_gmt":"2025-09-18T10:31:14","slug":"see-clients-purchase-attempts","status":"publish","type":"manual_documentation","link":"https:\/\/faqs.travelcompositor.com\/es\/documentation\/bookings\/see-clients-purchase-attempts\/","title":{"rendered":"\u00bfPuedo ver los intentos de compra de mis clientes?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Disponemos de una funcionalidad para comprobar todos los intentos de compra de reservas no finalizados por un usuario.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nuestro sistema almacenar\u00e1 como idea de viaje todos los intentos en los que desde el proceso de reserva el usuario ha llegado al sistema de pago pero por diversos motivos no ha completado la reserva (tarjeta de cr\u00e9dito denegada, retrocedi\u00f3, cerr\u00f3 la web etc).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para ver estos intentos debes entrar en nuestro back office ideas &amp; Usuarios --&gt; Ideas y activar el filtro \"intentos de compra\". Aqu\u00ed ver\u00e1s siempre el mismo formato de t\u00edtulo incluyendo la fecha de ese intento de compra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"718\" height=\"913\" src=\"https:\/\/faqs.travelcompositor.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/image.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1984\" srcset=\"https:\/\/faqs.travelcompositor.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/image.png 718w, https:\/\/faqs.travelcompositor.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/image-236x300.png 236w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 718px) 100vw, 718px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Desde aqu\u00ed podr\u00e1 ver todos los intentos de compra de reservas realizados en cualquier motor de reservas. Para ver s\u00f3lo los intentos de compra de paquetes vacacionales debe entrar en Ideas y Usuarios --&gt; Paquetes vacacionales donde encontrar\u00e1 el mismo filtro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para ver los datos del pasajero de este intento de compra tienes que abrir la idea de viaje de los intentos de compra y cotizarla, al llegar al paso de datos del pasajero lo ver\u00e1s rellenado con la fecha del pasajero que insert\u00f3 el usuario original.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta funcionalidad es realmente \u00fatil para contactar con los clientes e intentar finalizar las reservas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Vinculado a esto tambi\u00e9n puede seguir de cerca los intentos de compra desde la opci\u00f3n \"Notificaciones\" del back office.
