All\u00ed si el 100% de los servicios est\u00e1n en un estado diferente de reservado ver\u00e1 un ESTADO NO RESERVADO<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"879\" height=\"786\" src=\"https:\/\/faqs.travelcompositor.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/image-8.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2017\" srcset=\"https:\/\/faqs.travelcompositor.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/image-8.png 879w, https:\/\/faqs.travelcompositor.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/image-8-300x268.png 300w, https:\/\/faqs.travelcompositor.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/image-8-768x687.png 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 879px) 100vw, 879px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Puede que algo vea otros estados en el estado general o en el de cada servicio:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Reservado<\/strong>: Este es el estado esperado y no es necesario realizar ninguna acci\u00f3n, la reserva con el proveedor est\u00e1 totalmente confirmada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>BOOK ERROR<\/strong>: El proveedor ha respondido a nuestra confirmaci\u00f3n de reserva con una respuesta no aceptada diferente a la confirmaci\u00f3n. Comprueba las columnas de error de la confirmaci\u00f3n para ver exactamente la respuesta del proveedor. <strong>Antes de intentar realizar una nueva reserva, compruebe en el panel de proveedores o poni\u00e9ndose en contacto con el proveedor si se ha realizado dicha reserva.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>ON REQUEST: <\/strong>Puede ver este estado en dos casos-. 1 Para servicios cargados por usted en el back office (contratos) en los que haya configurado que se vendan bajo pedido. 2 Algunos proveedores pueden no confirmar directamente los servicios y estos entrar\u00e1n en este estado. Por favor, consulte la columna de aviso para ese servicio o utilice el bot\u00f3n de actualizar (si est\u00e1 disponible) para comprobar si hay actualizaciones del estado de ese servicio. Si el estado no se actualiza en unos d\u00edas, p\u00f3ngase en contacto con el proveedor para obtener una confirmaci\u00f3n manual.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>NOT BOOKED: <\/strong>Si ves este estado en un servicio, significa que es posible que el servicio no haya sido reservado con el proveedor.\n\nEsto puede deberse a que tengas activada una configuraci\u00f3n especial para reservas de vuelo + hotel, en la cual, si el primer servicio entra en error de reserva, el resto de los servicios no se reservar\u00e1n.\n\nOtras posibles razones pueden ser saldo insuficiente del consolidador o alertas de riesgo por fraude.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n es posible que hayamos recibido una respuesta diferente del proveedor a la confirmaci\u00f3n esperada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> Por favor, revisa la columna de error de confirmaci\u00f3n para obtener m\u00e1s informaci\u00f3n y verifica siempre en el panel del proveedor si la reserva finalmente se ha realizado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>LOCKED: <\/strong>Este estado s\u00f3lo es aplicable a las provisiones GDS. Ver\u00e1 este estado cuando el sistema haya bloqueado los vuelos sin emitir. Tendr\u00e1 que emitirlos manualmente en su consola GDS.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>PRICE ERROR: <\/strong>La reserva ha sido efectuada. El proveedor ha respondido correctamente a nuestra solicitud de reserva pero al enviar la confirmaci\u00f3n el precio de la reserva no macht el precio acordado. Compruebe la causa del error de confirmaci\u00f3n para verificar la diferencia de precio, podr\u00eda haber aumentado o disminuido. Este estado es s\u00f3lo una advertencia para su contabilidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Es importante que mantenga actualizada su reserva con los estados correctos, especialmente cuando reciba un error de reserva.
