En el back office, al abrir una reserva, marcando cada servicio ver\u00e1 las pol\u00edticas de cancelaci\u00f3n:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En este ejemplo, el servicio de hotel tendr\u00e1 unos gastos de cancelaci\u00f3n del 90% del coste del servicio a partir del 4 de septiembre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El primer intervalo de fechas se cuenta siempre a partir de la fecha de la reserva, por lo que en el ejemplo anterior esta reserva se realiz\u00f3 el 4 de septiembre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En este otro ejemplo, la reserva se hizo el 19 de octubre para una tarifa reembolsable hasta el 3 de diciembre. A partir del 4 de diciembre, la cancelaci\u00f3n de este servicio tendr\u00e1 un recargo del 54,66%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
