Las razones por las que un hotel puede no aparecer en la disponibilidad son varias y muy variadas. Si no encuentra un hotel, compruebe los siguientes motivos:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. El hotel no tiene disponibilidad para las fechas y distribuci\u00f3n seleccionadas, pruebe otras fechas o distribuci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Aseg\u00farese de que ha activado el proveedor o proveedores que ofrecen disponibilidad para este hotel. Para realizar b\u00fasquedas s\u00f3lo para un determinado proveedor, puede hacerlo seleccionando dichos proveedores en la parte inferior de la p\u00e1gina de inicio:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    3. El hotel\/proveedor no da disponibilidad para el mercado de origen del pasajero. Cada microsite tiene predefinida la nacionalidad del mercado de origen pero tambi\u00e9n puede especificarla en los buscadores antes de realizar una b\u00fasqueda (si est\u00e1 activada en su microsite)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    4. Usted ha prohibido este hotel de la funcionalidad de back office\u00a0Prioridad de alojamiento<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    5. El proveedor est\u00e1 enviando precios err\u00f3neos para este hotel. Esto ocurre cuando env\u00edan precios por noche de 0 euros o superiores a 5000 euros. En estos casos nuestro sistema descartar\u00e1 estas disponibilidades err\u00f3neas<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. El hotel que nos env\u00eda el proveedor no est\u00e1 en el inventario de Giata que utilizamos para mapearlos. Tendr\u00edas que ponerte en contacto con tu proveedor para ver el motivo.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      Si despu\u00e9s de comprobar estos pasos sigue sin encontrar la raz\u00f3n por la que no se muestra un hotel, p\u00f3ngase en contacto con nosotros. Las otras razones podr\u00edan ser una geolocalizaci\u00f3n err\u00f3nea del hotel enviada por el proveedor, hotel no mapeado correctamente, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Si encuentra ese hotel pero no con el proveedor deseado, normalmente significa que ese proveedor en particular tiene precios m\u00e1s altos para ese hotel que el proveedor que est\u00e1 mostrando.
