{"id":2228,"date":"2025-09-19T08:12:31","date_gmt":"2025-09-19T08:12:31","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/faqs.travelcompositor.com\/?post_type=manual_documentation&#038;p=2228"},"modified":"2025-09-19T08:12:59","modified_gmt":"2025-09-19T08:12:59","slug":"ive-uploaded-an-hotel-in-the-system-and-it-is-not-showing","status":"publish","type":"manual_documentation","link":"https:\/\/faqs.travelcompositor.com\/es\/documentation\/uploaded-contracts\/ive-uploaded-an-hotel-in-the-system-and-it-is-not-showing\/","title":{"rendered":"He cargado un hotel en el sistema y no se muestra"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"translation-block\">Si has cargado tu propio contrato de hotel y no aparece en la disponibilidad, realiza la b\u00fasqueda con un usuario que tenga rol de operador\u00a0y restringe el sistema para buscar \u00fanicamente contratos de hotel utilizando el <strong>SUPPLIER EXPLORER<\/strong>, disponible en la parte inferior de la p\u00e1gina principal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si a\u00fan no puedes ver el contrato del hotel, revisa los siguientes puntos:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Aseg\u00farate de que el proveedor del contrato de hotel est\u00e9 activado en el microsite\u00a0donde est\u00e1s realizando la b\u00fasqueda. Ve al back office <strong>MICROSITE ---&gt; CONFIGURACIONES<\/strong>, pesta\u00f1a Gener<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Verifica que el contrato del hotel est\u00e9 activado\u00a0en la secci\u00f3n de informaci\u00f3n del contrato.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">3. Si tienes activada la casilla <strong>S\u00d3LO PAQUETE VACACIONES<\/strong> aseg\u00farate de que est\u00e1s cotizando con un usuario conectado que tenga alg\u00fan rol de <strong>administrador u operador<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4. Desde el contrato de hotel, revisa en la secci\u00f3n de informaci\u00f3n la pesta\u00f1a Coordenadas. All\u00ed se muestran los destinos incluidos en las coordenadas del hotel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5. Comprueba que la b\u00fasqueda coincida con las <strong>opciones de configuraci\u00f3n del contrato del hotel<\/strong>\u00a0(d\u00edas de release, estancia m\u00ednima, estancia m\u00e1xima, etc.).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>6. Revisa en la <strong>secci\u00f3n de habitaciones<\/strong>\u00a0del contrato de hotel si la b\u00fasqueda realizada coincide con alguna <strong>distribuci\u00f3n de habitaciones<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>7. Verifica la <strong>tarifa<\/strong>\u00a0y aseg\u00farate de que las fechas buscadas coincidan con el rango de <strong>fechas, habitaci\u00f3n, cupo y distribuci\u00f3n<\/strong>. Tambi\u00e9n revisa las pesta\u00f1as de paro de ventas, per\u00edodo de reserva\u00a0y configuraci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">8.
