Si ha cargado su transporte y no se muestra la disponibilidad, realice la b\u00fasqueda con un usuario con rol de operador y restrinja el sistema para buscar s\u00f3lo contratos de transporte utilizando el SUPPLIER EXPLORER<\/strong> disponible en la parte inferior de la p\u00e1gina de inicio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Si a\u00fan no puede ver el contrato de transporte, compruebe los siguientes puntos del contrato de transporte:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1- Aseg\u00farate de que el proveedor del contrato de transportes est\u00e9 activado en el microsite\u00a0donde est\u00e1s realizando la b\u00fasqueda. Ve al back office MICROSITE \u2192 CONFIGURACIONES<\/strong>, pesta\u00f1a General.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2- Tienes marcada la casilla Activo en la pesta\u00f1a de datos b\u00e1sicos del contrato del ticket.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Si tienes activada la casilla S\u00d3LO PAQUETE VACACIONES<\/strong> aseg\u00farate de que est\u00e1s cotizando con un usuario conectado que tenga alg\u00fan rol de administrador u operador<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4- Compruebe que la fecha de b\u00fasqueda y los d\u00edas operativos coinciden con el intervalo de fechas del contrato.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5- The product type in the basic data tab must match the search engine that you are using.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

6- Aseg\u00farese de que desde la pesta\u00f1a MICROSITES<\/strong> est\u00e1 buscando en un microsite que est\u00e1 incluido en los \"disponibles para contratar\". Si est\u00e1 emplty significa que estar\u00e1 disponible para todos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

7- Compruebe desde la pesta\u00f1a itinerario que la ruta es correcta (origen destino). Cargue s\u00f3lo un contrato por trayecto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

8- El contrato debe tener al menos una modalidad (clase de cabina. servicio, tarifa) y la b\u00fasqueda debe cumplir los m\u00ednimos\/m\u00e1ximos de pasajeros en esa modalidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

9- En la pesta\u00f1a de inventario aseg\u00farese de que en el rango de fechas que est\u00e1 buscando le quedan plazas y no est\u00e1n todas vendidas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
