{"id":2236,"date":"2025-09-19T08:16:28","date_gmt":"2025-09-19T08:16:28","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/faqs.travelcompositor.com\/?post_type=manual_documentation&#038;p=2236"},"modified":"2025-09-19T08:16:29","modified_gmt":"2025-09-19T08:16:29","slug":"ive-uploaded-a-transfer-in-the-system-and-it-is-not-showing","status":"publish","type":"manual_documentation","link":"https:\/\/faqs.travelcompositor.com\/es\/documentation\/uploaded-contracts\/ive-uploaded-a-transfer-in-the-system-and-it-is-not-showing\/","title":{"rendered":"He cargado un traslado en el sistema y no aparece"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"translation-block\">Si ha cargado su transferencia y en la disponibilidad no se muestra por favor realice la b\u00fasqueda con un usuario de rol operador y restrinja el sistema para buscar solo contrato de transferencia utilizando el <strong>SUPPLIER EXPLORER<\/strong> disponible en la parte inferior de la p\u00e1gina principal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si a\u00fan no puede ver la transferencia del contrato, compruebe los siguientes puntos del contrato de transporte:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">1- Aseg\u00farate de que el proveedor del contrato de traslados est\u00e9 activado en el microsite\u00a0donde est\u00e1s realizando la b\u00fasqueda. Ve al back office <strong>MICROSITE \u2192 CONFIGURACIONES<\/strong>, pesta\u00f1a General.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2- Tienes marcada la casilla Activo en la pesta\u00f1a de datos b\u00e1sicos del contrato del ticket.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">3. Si tienes activada la casilla <strong>S\u00d3LO PAQUETE VACACIONES<\/strong> aseg\u00farate de que est\u00e1s cotizando con un usuario conectado que tenga alg\u00fan rol de <strong>administrador u operador<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4- Compruebe que la fecha de b\u00fasqueda y los d\u00edas operativos coinciden con el intervalo de fechas del contrato.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5- Compruebe que la b\u00fasqueda que est\u00e1 realizando coincide con los d\u00edas de liberaci\u00f3n y la semana operativa marcados en el contrato.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>6- En la pesta\u00f1a ruta, compruebe que el radio de salida \/ llegada est\u00e1 dentro de la ubicaci\u00f3n del hotel o de la base de transporte.
