Se recibe confirmaci\u00f3n instant\u00e1nea de la reserva, pero en su back office tienen aerol\u00edneas de emisi\u00f3n instant\u00e1nea (principalmente low cost) o aerol\u00edneas regulares que emiten manualmente y pueden tardar algunas horas en emitirse.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Revalidate error Internal error occured.. please try after sometime.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Esto ocurre porque el proveedor se ha encontrado con una interrupci\u00f3n repentina de su servidor. Por favor, intente hacer una nueva reserva pasados unos minutos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>TransportNotValid Service not available<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;Mystifly funciona como una plataforma consolidadora. Se ha integrado con m\u00faltiples GDSs, Direct Connects y consolidadores LCC. Cuando aparece este error es porque una de esas fuentes de terceros que suministra el servicio no funciona.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Recomendamos realizar la reserva con otro proveedor o esperar unas horas para ver si el proveedor ha solucionado el problema.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Unable to confirm \u2013 Request an alternate flight.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Mystifly funciona como una plataforma consolidadora. Puede tratarse de un tiempo de espera o de una desconexi\u00f3n del proveedor externo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Passport Details are required<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>El servicio que est\u00e1 intentando reservar requiere los datos obligatorios del pasaporte y en el intento de reserva faltan estos datos. Puede configurar un pasaporte obligatorio para que se solicite en su micrositio. Se puede realizar un ajuste manual de Travel Compositor para solicitar siempre el n\u00famero de pasaporte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Host not responding \u2013 Unable to end the record.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Este error aparece cuando se agota la disponibilidad al realizar la reserva. Por favor, intente otra b\u00fasqueda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Pending airline PNR \u2013 Booking UnConfirmed<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Este error es causado por problemas de tiempo, el proceso de reserva ha tardado demasiado y la sesi\u00f3n ha espirado con la aerol\u00ednea. Compruebe la reserva en el panel Mystifly y, si no se confirma, vuelva a intentarlo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Tickets not ordered:mystifly_order_tickets Tickets not ordered: Booking may be already ordered for ticket or ticketed or cancelled.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>El proveedor ha detectado una duplicidad. Existe la misma reserva realizada en el sistema TravelC o directamente con Mystifly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Price change from xxx to xxx<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Al realizar la reserva recibimos la confirmaci\u00f3n con un cambio de precio. En estos casos la reserva en el panel de proveedores se actualizar\u00e1 con este nuevo precio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Inventory Lost &#8211; Request an alternate flight<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>En el momento de la reserva Mystifly ha perdido el asiento al reservar con la compa\u00f1\u00eda a\u00e9rea. Por favor, int\u00e9ntelo de nuevo<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Operation not successful<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Temporalmente el servidor del proveedor est\u00e1 ca\u00eddo.
