Normalmente se debe a un error de conexi\u00f3n con su proveedor externo. Este error suele aparecer en el paso de confirmaci\u00f3n de la reserva, justo antes de pagarla.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Price change from xxx to xxx<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Al realizar la reserva recibimos la confirmaci\u00f3n con un cambio de precio. En estos casos la reserva en el panel de Aerticket se actualizar\u00e1 con este nuevo precio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>TOURCONEX_SEGMENT_SELL_FAILED &#8211; Segment sell failed<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>En general, \"Segment sell failed\" significa que ya no hay disponibilidad para el vuelo y la clase de reserva solicitados. La probabilidad de recibir este error aumenta cuando el usuario tarda mucho tiempo en completar la reserva.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>CONFIRM &#8211; ERROR TOURCONEX_UNKNOWN_ERROR &#8211; Unknown error<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Error en la conexi\u00f3n de Aerticket con el proveedor. Por favor, informe a ellos y vuelva a intentarlo m\u00e1s tarde<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Problem with reading the data, class com.tr2.binding.aerticket.AvailableFareResponse, ContentType: text\/xml;charset=utf-8<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Este es un error gen\u00e9rico, podr\u00eda estar relacionado con un error en la b\u00fasqueda de los aeropuertos.
