Ve a Back Office > CMS > Configuraci\u00f3n CMS y selecciona el micrositio correspondiente. En Ayuda y soporte encontrar\u00e1s dos controles independientes.<\/p>\n

Marca Ocultar comentarios\/soporte para ocultar ese bot\u00f3n. Marca Ocultar el bot\u00f3n de ayuda del header del microsite para ocultar el bot\u00f3n de ayuda. Guarda los cambios.<\/p>\n

Estas opciones indican lo que se va a ocultar: marcada significa oculto; desmarcada permite que se muestre el bot\u00f3n correspondiente. Para ocultarlo, hay que marcar la opci\u00f3n Ocultar.<\/p>\n

Ejemplo: para mantener el acceso a los v\u00eddeos de ayuda y retirar el bot\u00f3n de comentarios y soporte, marca \u00fanicamente Ocultar comentarios\/soporte.<\/p>\n

Despu\u00e9s de guardar, abre el Front Office y comprueba el resultado. Las opciones del modal de v\u00eddeo y de la gu\u00eda de Multidestino configuran por separado el comportamiento de la ayuda.<\/p>\n
