Para guardar informaci\u00f3n interna, abre Datos &gt; Reservas, entra en la reserva y utiliza el apartado Notas.<\/p>\n<p>Escribe el texto y pulsa A\u00f1adir nota de operador. El bot\u00f3n A\u00f1adir nota y el bot\u00f3n A\u00f1adir nota de operador son acciones distintas; utiliza expresamente el segundo cuando la informaci\u00f3n deba permanecer interna.<\/p>\n<p>Las observaciones del voucher se editan por separado y s\u00ed pueden aparecer en el documento que recibe el cliente. No utilices el campo del voucher para informaci\u00f3n interna.<\/p>\n<p>Ejemplo: una indicaci\u00f3n de seguimiento para el equipo, como Revisar la incidencia con operaciones antes de contactar al viajero, debe guardarse con A\u00f1adir nota de operador.
