- SELL ERROR EXPIRATION DATE MISSING OR INVALID
When we configure this connection in the system it is required a valid credit card to use as a form of paying by Amadeus. If yu see this erres please contat TravelC to provide a new credit card to be used.
- java.net.SocketTimeoutException: Connect timed out
This error shows when we are not receiving response from Amadeus and causes a timeout. Could be a temporaly server problem. Please try again in a few minutes after veryfiying the the provider panel if booking mas made or not.
- SELL ERROR NO ROOMS AVAILABLE AT REQUESTED PROPERTY
When waiting to receive the booking confirmation if this error shows is that the availability has been lost. Check in providers panel and retry booking.
- java.lang.NullPointerException: Cannot invoke “java.math.BigDecimal.doubleValue()” because the return value of “com.tr2.binding.amadeus.hbkrcr.HotelTaxesServiceChargesFeesType198727S.getAmount()” is null. Price changed xxx
This could be cause due to a price change when receiving the booking confirmation or that the hotel booked as wrong prices loaded. Check with provider is the booking is correctly confirmed.

When placing the booking we received the confirmation with a price change. In these cases the booking in providers panel will be updated with this new price
- HOTEL SELL ERROR Invalid Form of Deposit
Your account with Amadeus has a wrong payment configuration. Please contact with Amadeus to solve this
- AMADEUS HOTEL SELL ERROR ROOM TYPE NOT AT LOCATION
Availability loss when confirming the service. Please check if booking is made with the provider and/or retry booking
