When sending request to confirm the booking the providers third party suppliers has lost the availability due to unkown reasons
- rooms_unavailable’ and message: ‘One or more requested rooms are unavailable.’
At the booking confirmation step, the response from the provider is that the availability of those rooms has been lost when expecting to receive the confirmation.
- Requested offer is not available
At the booking confirmation step, the response from the provider is that the availability for that property has been lost when expecting to receive the confirmation. Most probably caused by chage avaiability not updated accordingly.
- ERR from Anixe: One or more errors occurred.
The providers third party is failing to reply with the booking confirmation due to a timeout. Please try again later or with other provider.

Provider system is temporally unavailable and not responding. Ceck in provider panel if booking is completed.

Anixe has detected in their system that the clients have already a confirmed booking with the same data and is not confirming this new booking.
- Price has been changed from requested
When received the booking confirmation the price has changed. Please check and update booking accordingly
