In certain circumstances an Electronic Ticket request may fail. For example the airline link may time out or fail, or the airline may reject the Electronic Ticket request. Please try again.

This error showns when there is a problem with your credentials that are not fully activated or partially deactivated due to lack of user. Please contact Galileo and consider disconecting this provider until its solved.

When placing the booking the availabiliy has been lost for certain flights. Please retry making new quotation making sure that you don’t take too long in complete the booking, as this increases the change of this error.

When you get this error is because you account is configured to autoticket and the ticket printer configuration is missin or incorrect. Please contact us to provie the printer id or disable autoticketing.

During the booking process, after the PNR is created but before our system issued the tickets, another users in your Galileos panel has entered and modified the booking, causing issuance to fail. Please manually issue this pnr and update in our system.
