Flight and train consolidator. Instant confirmation is not received. Bookings will enter in pending status and once ticket is issued will automatically change to booked. This normally is done in a few minutes after booking is placed.
- ChecksFlights_problem Error flighs have not been checked/ problem Not valid flight
This error shows when the airline removes the availability of the flight during the booking process and Kiwi’s system takes some time to update this.
- Reservation Error invalid request data Incorrect email address used
The email inserted during the booking process has an incorrect format. Could have spaces, special characters not allowed or missing @. Please check this.
- Pending status, check on supplier
This is actually not an error. Kiwi has a different confirmation process. All their services will enter ON REQUEST status because they don’t issue the tickets automatically. Our system will automatically update to booked satus once issued and update the booking with the airlines PNR.
- Price change from xxx to xxx
When placing the booking we received the confirmation with a price change. In these cases the booking in Kiwi’s panel will be updated with this new price
- Reservation Error user don’t have enough credits on account
Youyr account with Kiwi is out of balace with. Contact them to top up. All future booking will enter in this status has they still give availability. Consider disconecting Kiwi until problem is solved
- Reservation Error Unknown error
It could be cause by different reasons. The cases we have had where because a wrong user credentials was in use o a third party provider was not working
