It is caused due to an update of the PNR received during the booking process. Our system updates several times the PNR to avoid these error but you must make sure that your accoun (PCC) has activated Auto End and Retrieve in the TJR.
- Error: TKT PRT NOT ASSIGNED/USE W*-0004
You have autoticket activated but the ticket printer in your account is not assigned correctly to you PCC to issue these ticket. Please contas Sabre to configure it.
