  • TransportNotValid Unknown supplier error

This error shows normally when the availability is exhausted with the transport company.

  • Your credit card was declined by the supplier

It’s caused because the airline declines the credit card you are using if you have configured in your account direct payment to airline. I could be also caused because the airline is trying to charge an higher ammount that expected.

  • Unconfirmed

When confirming the booking a price change is received and normally the booking isn’t completed

  • Results no longer available: Outward result is no longer available

The availability has been lost when requesting the confirmation of the booking. This could be caused due to long time spent during the booking process or last seats sold out

  • Error There are not credit cards providers.

When you see this error it means that your account is configured to pay to the airline with a credit card and there are no credit card configured. Please contact Travel C to provide one

  • TransportNotValid No outward results found

The availability has been lost when requesting the confirmation of the booking. This could be caused due to long time spent during the booking process or last seats sold out

  • ExecutionError Unknown routing id

This error shows sometimes shows when too much time has passed in the booking process sin the initial availability and the booking confirmation and the availability has been lost. Please try to complene bookings with less that 10 minutes.

  • Duplicate bookings found: Attempted booking

Booking is failed due to the same passenger holding a succeded booking made in this account or other.

  • The supplier encountered an error: 911

Error from the transport supplier side. Not specified when recieved in the booking confirmation request.

  • Results no longer available: We’re sorry, flight in requested price is no longer available

This error is returned when the requested fare is sold out by the supplier, this can happen from time to time especially during peak hours and is outside our control. We recommend that you make another search attempt when this error is returned.

  • Booking failed by supplier: Insufficient number of seats available to complete booking.

When this error shows is normally realted to train bookings where the provider cannot fullfill the seat reservations to complete the booking.

  • ExecutionError Command execution failure

When confirming the boking the supliers system is not responding.

  • Payment with agency account failed: Selected form of payment is not available

The form of payment configured in Travemcompositor’s system for your account does not match the one you ahve in your Travelfusion account. Please contract Travelcompositor in order to change it

  • TransportNotValid The supplier encountered an error: Supplier system is temporarily unavailable

The suppliers system is down and not responding when booking confirmation is requested.

  • The email address belongs to a domain which at present is rejected by the airline

Some airlines have a blasck list of emaildoains that will not allow the place bookings. Please retry to booking with a different email domain

  • Internal server error: Supplier reserved a segment on an unexpected date.

Very rare error. When placing the booking the supplier is reponding with a different date than requested. Therefore the system denies de booking and normally the booking isn’t made

  • Results no longer available: Fare sold out

When placing the booking the supplier is no longer returning availability. Unfortunately there will be always this risk specially in peak seasons. T o reduce it please reduce the booking process time.

  • Unknown status UnconfirmedBySupplier

This issue happens when there is a slight delay doing payment from Travelfusion to the airline.So the Status is Pending.After a while, if payment is succeeded Travelfusion will update and confirm the booking in their panel.

  • The supplier encountered an error: An unforeseen error has occurred while processing your booking

This error is shown when there’s a isue or the suppliers system has instability.

  • The airline was unable to process your booking at this time.

This error is caused by the airlines website that is temporally down. Please try again passed a few minutes

  • TransportNotValid The supplier is too busy: Supplier rejected request due to too many requests per second.

Travelfusions third party provider has too many booking request at the same time and system is not responding. Please try again un a few minutes
