When placing a booking, you can receive error due to payment problems with the different providers. You will see the error messages from the bookings “confirmation error cause” column when filterin by any service in our back office DATA —>BOOKINGS

From Travel Compositor we cannot control these errors, you must have always agreed a valid payment method with each of your providers. Our sistem requires that the payment method set with the provider allows the service to be confirmed instantly.
You should avoid setting up payment methods that return pending services status.
If you encounter these errors please disconnect that providers and speak to them.
