This status is showed when our system received the confirmation booking from the provider but the price originally quoted in not the same. The price error can result in an increase or decrease of the quoted price.
The status price error will show the service as pending to be confirmed in the vouchers in case that the price has increased. If it has decreased this status is only visible in the back office booking, but in the voucher client will see it fully confirmed.
We have a configuration in our back office MICROSITE —- MICROSITE SETTINGS where you can configure the system to avoid showing in the voucher the “pending to be confirmed” and price error status

In this example if the booking confirmation from the provider results in an increase of up to 2% or 50 euros it will show it with status booked
If you would like this price increase not to affect the retail price, you can activate the tick PRICE CHANGE TO OPERATOR FEE. When activated it will deduct this increase from the operator fee marging.
