In the back office, when opening a booking, by checking each serivce you will see the cancelation policies:

In this example, the hotel service will have a cancelation fee of 90% of the service cost startin on the 4th of September.
The first date range is alway counting from the date of booking, so in the abouve example this booking was made on the 4th of September
In this other example, the booking was made on the 19th October for a refundable fare up to 3rd of December. From the 4th December cancelling this service will have a chage of 54.66%
