The reasons why an hotel could not show up in the availability are several and with a wide variety. If you cannot find an hotel please check the following reasons:
- Hotel has no availabily for the selected dates and distribution, try other dates or distribution.
- Make sure that you have activated the provider or providers that service availability for this hotel. To perform searches for only a certain amount of provider you can do it by selecting those providers from the bottom part of the homepage:

3. The hotel/provider is not giving availability for the passengers sourcemarket. Each microsite as a sourcemarket nationality predefined but you can also specify it in the arch engines before making a search (if activated in your microsite)
4. You have banned this hotel from the back office functionality Accommodation Priority
5. The provider is sending wrong prices for this hotel. This happens when they are sending prices per night of 0 euros or above 5000 euros. In these cases our system will discart these erroneous availabilities
- The hotel that the provider is sending us is not in the Giata inventory that we use to map them. You would habe to contact with you provider to see the reason.
If after checking these steps you still cannot find the reason for an hotel not showing, please contact us. The other reasons could be a wrong geolocations of the hotel sent by the provider, hotel not correctly mapped etc.
If you find that hotel but not with the desired provider this normaly means that that particular provider has higher prices for that hotel than the provider that is showing. Our system will only show availability with the cheaper provider.
