If you have loaded your transport and in the availability is not showing please perform the search with an operator role user and restrict the system to search only transport contract by using the SUPPLIER EXPLORER available in the bottom part of the home page.
If you cannot still see the contract transport check the following points from the transport contract:
1- Make sure that you have the transport contract provider activated in the microsite you are searching. Back office MICROSITE —-> MICROSITE SETTINGS general tab.
2- You have the Active tick marked from the basic data tab in the ticket contract.
3- Of you have the ONLY HOLIDAY PACKAGE tick activated make sure that you are quoting with a loged in user that has any admin or operator role.
4- Check that the search date and operational days matches the contract date range.
5- The product type in the basic data tab must match the search engine that you are using.
6- Make sure that from the MICROSITES tab you are searching in a microsite that is included in the “available for contract”. If is emplty it means that it will be available for all.
7- Check from the itinerary tab that the route is correct (origin destination). Load only one contract per each way.
8- The contract must have at least one modality (cabin class. service, fare) and the search must comply the min/max passengers in that modality.
9- In the inventory tab make sure that in the date reange your are searching you have seats left and it’s not all sold
