If you have loaded your own hotel contrat and in the availability is not showing please perform the search with an operator role user and restrict the system to search only hotel contract by using the SUPPLIER EXPLORER available in the bottom part of the home page.
If you cannot still see the contract hotel check the following points:
1- Make sure that you have the hotel contract provider activated in the microsite you are searching. Back office MICROSITE —-> MICROSITE SETTINGS general tab
2- You have the hotel contract activated from the information section of the contract
3- Of you have the ONLY HOLIDAY PACKAGE tick activated make sure that you are quoting with a loged in user that has any admin or operator role.
4- From the hotel contract, check in the information section the coordinates tab. There it shows the destinations included in the hotel coordinates
5- Check if the search matches the configuration options of the hotel contract (release days, minimum stay, max stay etc)
6- Check in the rooms section of the hotel contract if the search we have performed matches any room distribution.
7- Check the rate and make sure that the dates you are searches matches the range of any date, room, quota and distribution. Also check the tabs of stop sales, booking window and configuration.
8- If it’s all correct please check the HOTEL PRIORITY option in the back office (WEB CONTENT) to see if this hotel is banned.
