If you have contract services provided y a supplier that resquest always the passengers phone number, id or birht date, you can make these fields mandatories during the booking process for contracts of this supplier.
To do this you have to open the suppliers profile in the back office CONTRACTS —- SUPPPLIER INFO.
There you wil find a series of ticks that will enable this. By activating this the supplier will receive this information the the confirmation email.
