In a booking in our system first of all your will have to identifly if the service you want to change is consolidated by TravelSoft Services or not. To do this you will have to open that service tab from the booking and view the providers name. If it includes the word TravelC or TravelSoftServices it means that is consolidated by TravelSoft Services and you will have to contact our support team to change. From our back office, fill in the contact form under the section of change a booking.
If the provider is Travelfusion, this provider does not offer support for aftersales requests for all the airlines and trains they sell.If the airline or train company is not in the following list you will have to contact directly with the airline for the change or refund. In cases of refunds after the this request please contact us so we check if the refund is received:
