In the back office section CONTRACTS —> CLOSED TOURS —> you will see the closed tours that you have manually loaded. These cosed tours, if correctly loaded and depending on the download option selected, they will be created as Holiday packages available to see from IDEAS & USERS —> HOLIDAY PACKAGES.
If you want to see the closed tours that external providers are sending, you must go to the back office section IDEAS & USERS —> CLOSED TOURS DOWLOAD, from here, by using the filter to select the different provider, you will be able to see the different closed tours and access the Holiday packages created from each closed tour.
