checkAllAgencyBookings covers bookings of one agency; checkAllBookings covers bookings of the microsite. bookingsAdmin controls access to the bookings page. A user has one main profile and can receive custom permissions; Microsite Admin is not added as a second profile. agencyFinancialInfo, micrositeFinancialInfo and operatorFinancialInfo control fee visibility in Financial Info; financial modules and BI have separate permissions. Disabling those three permissions does not establish that all financial information disappears.
