When you sell a booking, in the back office you may see that cretain services enter “On request” status.
Many providers take some time to confirm the bookings, you must check in the booking service line for further information or check directly in the providers panel to see the final status. Many statuses however will be automatically updated in the booking.
There is also possibility to upload your own contracted services in the back office and mark them to be sold always on request, in these cases you will be the responsible for confirming those services manually in the booking by updating the status
