In a booking, the provider has cancelled a service. How do I update the status to cancelled?

You can manually change the status of any service of your booking without sending any cancelation to the supplier.

To do this you will have to click the cancelation button of the service

This will allow you to change the status to cancelled in the system without sending any cancelation request to the supplier.

It will also allow you to edit the cancelation costs.
