When your create a new accommodation or hotel from the back office contract option you are creating a new mapping for this hotel. This means that you may be duplicating this hotel with the one being delivered by external providers
This is a normal procedure of our system. We invite you to insert some catching word in the hotels name you have loaded it in order to distinguish it like “special offer” or “best deal”
For example, Hotel pacific could be Hotel Pacific special offer
If yu don’t want this accommodation to show twice you can request us to map it with the other providers.
