If you have loaded your own ticket or activityt and in the availability is not showing please perform the search with an operator role user and restrict the system to search only hotel contract by using the SUPPLIER EXPLORER available in the bottom part of the home page.
If you cannot still see the contract ticket or activity check the following points from the ticket contract:
1- Make sure that you have the tickets contract provider activated in the microsite you are searching. Back office MICROSITE —-> MICROSITE SETTINGS general tab.
2- You have the Active tick marked from the basic data tab in the ticket contract
3- Of you have the ONLY HOLIDAY PACKAGE tick activated make sure that you are quoting with a loged in user that has any admin or operator role.
4- Make sure you are searching the same destination that is shown in the destination option of the ticket contract
5- The product type in the basic data tab must match the search engine that we are using
6- Make sure that from the MICROSITES tab you are searching in a microsite that is included in the “available for contract”. If is emplty it means that it will be available for all.
7- From MICROSITES tab if you have marked “is hotel ancillary” it will only give availability when you select that hotel in the booking process.
8- The contract must have at least one picture.
9- From PRICE tab check that your search matches the operational date, availability range and stop sales dates. Also check the days before availability is met (release)
