If you have loaded your transfer and in the availability is not showing please perform the search with an operator role user and restrict the system to search only transfer contract by using the SUPPLIER EXPLORER available in the bottom part of the home page.
If you cannot still see the contract tranfer check the following points from the transport contract:
1- Make sure that you have the transfer contract provider activated in the microsite you are searching. Back office MICROSITE —-> MICROSITE SETTINGS general tab.
2- You have the Active tick marked from the basic data tab in the ticket contract.
3- Of you have the ONLY HOLIDAY PACKAGE tick activated make sure that you are quoting with a loged in user that has any admin or operator role.
4- Check that the search date and operational days matches the contract date range.
5- Check that the search you are performing matches the release days and operational dayweek marked in the contract.
6- In the route tab, check that the departure / arrival radius is within the hotel or transport base location. Any origin or detination out of these radius will result in no availability.
7- In the microsite tab from the transfer contract check that the microsite is included in the available for contract box.
8- The transfer contract must have at least 1 picture loaded.
9- Check from the prices tab that the min/max. occupancy is met
