If you have loaded contract services and the supplier is requesting always the passengers emergency contact (mainly requested for flights) you can make these fields mandatories during the booking process for contracts of this supplier.
To do this you have to open the suppliers profile in the back office CONTRACTS —- SUPPPLIER INFO.
There you wil the tickt “mandatory emergency contact” . By activating this the supplier will receive this information the the confirmation email.
