Transport (mainly flights) consolidator offering a huge range of transports. Instant confirmation of booking is received but in their back office they have instant issuance airlines (mainly low cost) or regular airlines that they manually issue and may take some hours to be issued.

Mystifly works as a consolidator platform. It has been integrated with multiple GDSs, Direct Connects and LCC consolidators. When this error shows is because one of those third party sources that is supplying the service is down.
We recommend to plase the booking with another provider or wait some hours to see if the providers has solved this issue.

- error Invalid FareSourceCode
This is caused by an availability being lost during the boking process. This could be a timeout or a disconnection of the third party provider.
- Passport Details are required
The service you are trying to book requeires mandatory passport details and in the booking attemp this details is missing. You can configure a mandatory passport to be requested in your microsite. A manual adjustment of Travel Compositor can be done to request always passport number.
- Host not responding – Unable to end the record.
This error shows up when the availability is exhausted when placing the booking. PLease try another search.
- Pending airline PNR – Booking UnConfirmed
This error is caused by timming problems, the booking process has took too long and the sesion has espired with the airline. Check booking on Mystifly panel and if not confirmed retry.
- Tickets not ordered:mystifly_order_tickets Tickets not ordered: Booking may be already ordered for ticket or ticketed or cancelled.
Provider has detected a duplicity. Same booking existis made in TravelC system or directly with Mystifly.
- Price change from xxx to xxx
When placing the booking we received the confirmation with a price change. In these cases the booking in providers panel will be updated with this new price
- Inventory Lost – Request an alternate flight
At the time of booking Mystifly has lost the seat when booking with the airline. Please try again
- Operation not successful
Temporally the providers server is down. Retry in a few minutes.
- The server was unable to process the request due to an internal error.
Most probable cause is the loss of availability during the booking process
