For flights. Why the system is not quoting RT (round trip fares) that are cheaper than OW'S (one ways)?

This could be caused because you are including a stopover in the flight combinations. Currently stopovers are only supported by GDS Galileo and the transport agregators. If you are quoting with Amadeus, Sabre the system will compny a RT fare with a OW for the stopover segment.
