We have a functionality to check all the booking purchase attemps not finalized by a user.
Our system will store as a travel idea all the attemps where from the booking process the user has reached the payment system but for several reasons has not completed the booking (credit card denied, scrolled back, closed the web etc).
To view these attemps you must enter our back office ideas & Users —-> Ideas and activate the filter “purchase attemps”. Here your will see always the same title format including the date of that purchase attemp.

From here your will see all the booking purchase attemps make in any booking engine. To view only the purchase attemps for holiday packages you must enter Ideas & Users —-> Holiday packages where you will find the same filter.
To view the passenger data of this purchase attemp you have to open the purchase attemps travel idea and quote it, when reaching the passenger data step you will see it filled in with the passenger date the original user inserted.
This functionality is really handfull to contact the clients to try to finalize these bookings
Linked to this you can also keep a close eye on the purchase attemps from the “Notifications option in the back office. Enter Microsites —> Notifications where you will see all the alert messages of payments.
