Yes you can. By default we have the following timeouts. After this time the sesion will expire returning to home or the provider will give no availability:
- Search availability 25 seconds, and 35 seconds for packeting search engines (multidestination, flight+hotel) If the provider takes more time to respond once search is launched it will not give availability.
- Session time 25 minutes. This is the total time the user can remain in the system with an availability launched without moving to other steps.
- Quote to confirm 22minutes.This is the step from the initial quotation to the resume step.
- Confirm to prebook 15 minutesThis is the step from the resume step to the passenger details step.
- Prebook to payment 10 minutes. This is the step from the passengers details to the payment page.
- Book 120 seconds. This is the final step once paid, user clicks in book to complete the process. If any provider takes longer to respond the booking will me made with book error after the 120 seconds
