If we see a booking or service in status not booked we must check the confirmation error cause:

The booking will not be made with the provider. You can cancel it or make a new booking.
You must check in your back office configuration MICROSITES —-> COUNTRIES and check if you have added to the fraud risk paramenter the mentioned countries. If not it means thatTravel Compositor has added them by default to the entire configuration system. If you want them to be removed contact Travel Compositor to do so under your own risk.
