When searching for a booking, distinguish the Travel Compositor booking reference from the agency booking reference. The latter is a separate identifier that allows the agency to associate the reservation with its own reference. Travel ideas have a different external-reference field and belong to another context.
Go to Data > Bookings, open Filters and enter the known value in Reference (any). This search accepts an agency booking reference as well as the Travel Compositor booking reference. Review the selected microsite and date range so that they include the booking.
For example, a reservation may have Travel Compositor reference TC-1234 and agency reference AG-2026-001. Search with the reference you have and compare Booking reference with Agency booking reference in the result; they do not have to contain the same value.
